O.P. Jindal University suspended its law student Mukundan M Nair for engaging in harmful rhetoric in a viral video. However, the video’s background remains unaddressed.
The event was organized on 7th February 2024, inside university grounds, and for like-minded Hinduphobics using derogatory language that hurts the sentiments of Hindus. Hinduphobic Revolutionary Students League organized the event, where Mukundan was himself part of the organizing committee!
The intent of the event was to spread hate against Hindus using Ayodhya Ram Mandir consecration as an excuse. Mukundan, a Hindu himself, seemed to take to extremism like a fish to water. In the event and the video, this would-be lawyer made a call to replace Hindu temples with mosques! His hateful Hinduphobia underscores the influence of Marxist ideology and leftist radicalization within India’s academic circles.
Mukundan Nair is accompanied in his suspension by Ramnit Kaur, a fellow Marxist and Hinduphobic. They are both members of The Revolutionary Students League at the O.P. Jindal University. The now-suspended students have begun a familiar journey of anti-Hindu activists to victimhood. They claim their video was presented out of context.
Thereby justifying their comments were aimed at asking for the removal of these temples. However, did they forget that they wanted mosques to replace Hindu temples?!!
Thereafter, they seek public sympathy by speaking about receiving death threats aimed at themselves and their family. It is obvious that a leftist ecosystem is tutoring their words!!! The holes in their defense highlight their deviousness and anti-social mindset! How can a public discussion whose title is Hinduphobic be taken out of context? Are they trying to hide behind threats after making threatening remarks against Hindu temples? Their attempts to don the cloak of victimhood may work for family or friends. However, the general public remains unimpressed by their lack of contrition!
