BCCI seems to having a tough time getting a grip over their priorities. This should not come as a surprise. The system maybe ours but the narrative is theirs. Meaning that Rajiv Shukla is heading the BCCI as the Vice president. So of course, the Pakistan Cricket team gets a cringy welcome, a feast and “goodwill” gestures from India!

Virat’s Gesture

Apparently, Virat Kohli did not like the fact that Pakistan lost the match against India. To make up for the loss, Virat Kohli gave his autographed jersey to Babur Azam. While some call this theatrics “wholesome”, it is plain stupidity in the face of things!

How on Earth are we forgetting that this the same Babur that said “Kufr Toot Gaya”! Even in the best states of mind, how is this forgotten and forgiven?!

Understanding Shatrubodh

Shatrubodh, an ancient Indian term rooted in the Sanskrit language, is a profound and holistic concept that encompasses self-defense and conflict resolution. The term “Shatrubodh” can be roughly translated as “enemy perception,” but it encompasses much more than the mere identification of adversaries. It delves into a deeper understanding of conflict, offering a path to resolve disputes through a combination of mental, physical, and spiritual practices.

Shatrubodh is a valuable aspect of Indian culture and heritage, drawing from ancient texts and philosophies.

Relevance of Shatrubodh

Shatrubodh is needed more than ever today to understand and not stay deluded. Even though the Gen Z saying goes “Staying delulu is the solulu”, the only path it will lead to is death by ignorance!

The cliché of “leave sports out of it” cannot suffice anymore! The fraternising with an enemy state is a disrespect to the soldiers who are murdered by this terror state. If sportsmen shirk from this, it is really shameful! Why are the soldiers even fighting then?!

The celebrities are having their gala with the enemy state and so are the sportsmen. So is this enmity and bitterness only on the soldiers?! Are they dying for no reason? Is their death so insignificant to these wanna be “cool liberals” that they cannot even decide their priorities?!

Grow A Spine

The least these “celebrities” owe to the people is loyalty to their country and its people. Stop seeking this shallow validation in the name of liberal ideologies. It is sickening! Hopefully, we will reach a day when either these individuals grow a spine or they are replaced by the ones who already have a backbone and their priorities set straight!
