DMK goons’ latest act of vandalism can probably land them in jail! If they still roam free, it is an act of defiance against the law by their masters and the ruling DMK government in Tamil Nadu. To keep Bharat’s North-South Divide alive, CM Stalin’s party has taken a perplexing step. The party workers have taken to defacing Hindi signs on national highways!!!

A viral video shows these workers painting over the Hindi names on National Highway milestones!!!! Let’s talk about the latest brainchild of CM Stalin and his goons to spark a fresh controversy reigniting the age-old debate between regional languages and Hindi.

DMK’s Selective Targeting Tactic

A bunch of DMK morons delete Hindi wordings in Mile Stone on the National Highway. Stupidity is the care of address for @arivalayam. @nitin_gadkari @MORTHIndia @CMOTamilnadu

Social media videos show DMK workers selectively painting over Hindi names on milestones at various locations. These come under the NHAI and include regions of Trichy, Dindigul, Chennai, and Vadamadurai. Why? This is their way of protesting against a supposed Hindi imposition!!! However, this idea is a complete bag of trash!!!

BJP’s Amar Prasad Reddy questions the logic behind defacing Hindi signs when milestones. All NHAI signs prominently display the local language, Tamil, on the top.

The Hindi name is below the regional Tamil name. The Hindi name makes it convenient for all Indians, belonging to different states and different social strata, to be able to read the signage.

Thus, why were these empty-headed goons painting over the Hindi names? How was Hindi being forced upon Tamilians??? Was this a genuine attempt to protect linguistic diversity? Of course not! It was a political gimmick to keep the flames of regionalism alive! The DMK is known for using Tamil pride as a tool to win or sway elections!!! These selective brushstrokes were to showcase the North-South Divide that their Dravidian ideology loves to spout!!!

The rules for milestones on national highways are very clear and inclusive. They stipulate that English and the local language names would appear at every 5 km distance. Moreover, the local language and Hindi name would appear at 1-km and 3-km milestones. The local languages are given a presence in all instances on milestones.

In 2017, CM Stalin started the war on Hindi on milestone signs. He presented this issue as a political agenda against local languages. However, CM Stalin’s concern for linguistic equality is a disguise to stoke linguistic wars in Bharat. CM Stalin keeps claiming that the BJP is imposing Sanskrit and Hindi on the Southern states. He uses the language barrier to strategically keep fueling the age-old North-South divide. Thus, such actions by DMK workers in 2024 are their way of keeping a non-existent issue alive! DMK does not want a united Bharat, the concept scares them deeply!

Nationalism as a concept makes these regional politicans iNeffective. Thus, DMk’s key to political survival comes from keeping regional divisions alive in the minds of their voters!

Therefore, the DMK’s fake-Dravidian-ideologues and local relevance stays alive through such acts of vandalism to ensure Bharat stays divided along the North-South lines.

DMK’s North-South Divide Rhetoric in Tamil Nadu

In a diverse nation like India, the recent display of language vandalism by DMK workers is a political act. Usually, their simple-minded buffoonery is usually presented to the world as the South’s true desire! Such an act ensures the following things:

  1. The narratives of the Southern states stay divided based on language.
  2. The Southern locals are encouraged to reject integration with the rest of the nation.
  3. All visitors to Southern states are made to feel unwelcome.
  4. The fake Dravidian ideology stays alive to keep Bharat divided.
  5. Voters are easily swayed in DMK’s favor by presenting them as the keepers of southern traditions and language.

Hindi names on milestones are NHAI’s attempt to ensure that all Bharatiyas can read the road signs. Milestone gives local languages primary preference while keeping Hindi, the most commonly spoken language, also part of the signage. The idea of English, Hindi, and local language on a road sign fosters unity and harmony in a nation.

DMK’s goons should spend time and energy on constructive work rather than on defacing Hindi signs. Such acts only deface their party and its leaders’ North-South Divided Bharat concept! Let Bharat and its people rise in unity! May each state retain its unique flavor of art, culture, and language! Moreover, may they also understand that Hindi is not an imposition but a language of the land, unlike the colonially imposed English! Hopefully, the educated South will recognize the divisive actions of DMK’s workers. Let’s pray for legal actions against this regressive mindset and the act of language vandalism in Tamil Nadu’s DMK fools and its party!
